At Rothley Primary School, we are committed to working in partnership with families to support the health, wellbeing and development of our children.

As part of this commitment, we are pleased to be launching a series of parent workshops throughout the 2026/27 academic year, focusing on topics that parents and carers often seek advice and support with, including healthy lifestyles, managing anxiety, positive behaviour, sleep, and healthy bladder and bowel habits.

Our first workshop - Healthy Lifestyles - will be delivered by an NHS Healthy Child Programme Practitioner on Tuesday 15th September at 9:15am.

During this session, you will learn about:

• The importance of regular physical activity and exercise
• Healthy eating and balanced diets
• Making positive lifestyle choices for children and families
• Practical ways to promote health and wellbeing at home

The workshop will be delivered through an engaging presentation and is expected to last approximately 1½ to 2 hours.

If you would like to attend, click here and complete the registration form using the link provided by 14th September to enable us to plan effectively.

Details of future workshops will be shared throughout the year.
