As we approach the winter break, we know that most children will be looking forward to time off to relax with family and friends. However, we also appreciate that for some, the change in routine can lead to mental health struggles.
The Mental Health in Schools Team have created a Winter Wellbeing Pack, which is full of ideas structured around the NHS 5 Ways to Wellbeing approach and provides guidance for staying mentally healthy over winter. The ideas within the pack are all free or low cost.
