‘On a Friday Collective Worship is led by a visitor from Rothley Parish Church or another local Christian Leader invited by them. The children gather quietly as a piece of music is played and are then introduced to a Bible story or a theme from the Bible, either illustrated on the screen or explained with visual aids. The children engage and interact enthusiastically with the person leading.

The Collective Worship will always include a time of prayer and standing to sing together. Through the year we mark the important Christian Festivals, to help the children  celebrate the important events of Jesus’ life, especially at Christmas and Easter.
These times of collective worship are a great way of keeping alive the historic link between the local school and church in Rothley.’
